Step 2 – Package & Ship

Carefully box your suspension units with adequate protection suitable for courier transit. Include your name, contact details and a note explaining any faults or performance issues you would like reviewed.


Step 3 – Inspection & Service

We inspect, service and rebuild your suspension. If additional parts are required, we will contact you before proceeding.


Step 4 – Payment & Return

Once the work is complete, we send your final invoice. After payment, your suspension is securely packaged and returned to you.
